Date Established: 1868 as Det Nordlandske Dampskibsselskab. They had a ship "Bodo" that was destroyed while attempting salvage in World War 2. Apparently the company was renamed Saltens Dampskibsselskab Dodo in 1981 and they now have a passenger boat bearing the same name.....not sure of this
